digital divide

Using computer is very useful. In university, almost report is written by computer. In this case, we use Micro soft office word. This function can write report. On the other hand we use a E-mail on computer. This function is can send a mail anyone else from my computer. Many people use this all of the world. Reentry, many people use a computer.
Elementary school student, no longer kindergartners. But this makes a "digital divide".
Can use computer is advantageous. But can not use computer is disadvantage. It is bad.
We have to consider with this problem. Thank you.
